We stock a selection of both English and European veal. The English veal is reared on the Purbeck Isle in Dorset. The calves are carefully reared on straw bedding for 8 months with unrestricted access to food, barley, straw and water.

Always try to buy your meat with a little fat, as this is critical in ensuring it is full of flavour. A really good piece of beef will be darker in colour with excellent marbling.
